STEP 2 — ISEYU Radiance Correcting Cream
Follow with ISEYU Radiance Correcting Cream, our multi-active brightening moisturizer formulated to complement the serum while providing hydration and barrier support.
The cream features a targeted combination of Niacinamide, Tranexamic Acid, Alpha-Arbutin, Phenylethyl Resorcinol, 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid and Acetyl Glucosamine.
The formula is complemented by Ceramide NP, Hyaluronic Acid, Squalane, Shea Butter and Jojoba Seed Oil, helping to maintain moisture and support the skin barrier.

Return & Refund

1. Ordering mistakes We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the customer purchases the wrong item. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
2. Damaged or Faulty Products Refunds are available for products damaged during shipping or defective. You must provide proof of damage (photo or video) within 3days of delivery to our customer support email
3. Delivery issues Refunds are not available if the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
4. How Refunds are Processed Refunds take 5–7 working days to process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.
Return Process In cases where a return is accepted (e.g., for damaged products), the following process applies:

2. Return Authorisation We will provide instructions on how to return the product to us, if necessary. Do not send products back without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Items Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or damage not originally reported.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next working day.
