At Kemse Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Ordering mistakes

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the customer purchases the wrong item. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

2. Damaged or Faulty Products

Refunds are available for products damaged during shipping or defective.
You must provide proof of damage (photo or video) within 3days of delivery to our customer support email

3. Delivery issues

Refunds are not available if the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. How Refunds are Processed

Refunds take 5–7 working days to process.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.

Return Process

In cases where a return is accepted (e.g., for damaged products), the following process applies:

Include details of your issue and any required proof (photos or videos).

2. Return Authorisation

We will provide instructions on how to return the product to us, if necessary.
Do not send products back without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or damage not originally reported.
