Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During peak periods, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Free Standard Delivery is available for UK orders over £50.

For orders below £50, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

International shipping rates vary depending on the destination country and courier service.

Delivery time estimates begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email allowing you to monitor the delivery progress of your order.

If you have not received tracking details within 3–5 business days after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery if applicable.

Kemse Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

While we work with reliable courier services, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and any supporting details so we can assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered during checkout is accurate and complete.

Kemse Beauty cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
