Kemse Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At Kemse, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened
  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • Items must be in a resellable condition

For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or damaged.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used items
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene regulations, we cannot resell opened products. This policy ensures all customers receive products that are safe, unused, and of the highest quality.
